Shop now on Amazon in the Hindi Language
E-commerce website Amazon has released a new feature for customers' convenience. Amazon India has supported the Hindi language for the convenience of the Android app and mobile site user. Keeping in mind the importance of Indian market and the number of users, the company has now given Hindi support after English. After getting Hindi support on the Android app and mobile web, now the customer will be able to see information related to product information, deals, discounts, payment orders, account maintenance, order track and order history information in Hindi.
In the menu bar that appears on the left side of the Android app and on the site, you will see the option to select the language. Amazon said during a press event in New Delhi that there is no need to update the app. Hindi support will be seen by itself because of server-side updates. Users will be able to easily switch between English and Hindi language after clicking on the language. Regional language support is not present for all the products, but Navigation buttons and posters are showing in Hindi.
Users can make changes in language whenever they want. Updates will be issued in future for iOS app and desktop site. The company said that in the future other languages will also be added. The company found that 50 percent of the customers prefer shopping in the Hindi language. Amazon said that English language support is still needed for the search feature and delivery address. In the coming time, product reviews, questions, and answers will also be visible in the Hindi language.
