Steps to file a complaint with SBI

Step 1: Contact the respective branch manager, send an email, call the toll-free numbers, or send an SMS to the bank to file your complaint.

Step 2: If your concern hasn’t been addressed within 10 days from the date of registration of the complaint or you are not satisfied with the solution presented, you can contact the network nodal officer. Their numbers have been provided city-wise in a table above.

Alternatively, you can write to the chairman of State Bank of India.

Step 3: If 30 days into the registration of your complaint, it has still not been resolved or you are not satisfied with the solution provided, contact the Banking Ombudsman. Make sure you contact the ombudsman whose jurisdiction falls within that of the branch you are banking with.
